The Hoppings come to town.

So every year in June 'The Hopings' - Europes biggest funfair comes to Newcastle.  Its a yearly tradition to go out one evening and wander round the rides, eat and hot dogs and buy some candy floss. This year Benjamin loved every ride we let him try and was crying each time we had to take him out of the seats.  I think he is going to be a bit of a daredevil.

Evie would have happily taken the tiger home. We weren't so keen!

Enjoying the bouncy inflatable slide.

Our last ride of the evening - well the kids last ride.

Thomas and I then tried out this crazy spinning ride.  Richard wasn't brave enough!

I rained all the way through the ride so we were soaked.  It also made my stomach so bad that I needed to throw up. Its a good job I didn't eat a hot dog.  Maybe i'm just getting too old for the hoppings.
