Cave Family Photoshoot

This past weekend apart from the weather being perfect we also had chance to attend a family wedding. Richards cousin was married on the Saturday, as we were all there we thought it would be the perfect oppourtunity to update some family photos. Unfortunately David and Melanie didn't have their children with them so we stuck photos of the adults.  We all scrub up quiet well.

We too can have Pool Day

Warm weather never lasts in England so when its over 25 degrees its rude not to have pool day.

Evie enjoying the sunshine,  by the end of the day she had little sun tan lines on her feet from her jelly shoes,

Mummy making the most of the warm weather by wearing shorts.
Spot Benji in the corner, staying safe in the shade.

Lily White Daddy, trying to catch a tan. We really should be heading back to Grenada to tan for real.

Veggies

I’ve started to order an organic fruit and veg box that gets delivered to the door. I felt we needed to be more adventurous in what we eat and that also we needed to eat more veggies. Ordering the box has certainly changed our meals. I often have to check online to find out what some of the obscure vegetables are and what to do with them! This week I made a Cheesy Broccoli and Leek Quiche it was delicious. We used it along with potato salad and green salad as our picnic in Alnwick Gardens and felt very sophisticated.

Football School

So a few weeks back we started football classes. Richard is aiming for me to be a 'soccer mom' we don't have the huge SUV but we have made a start with the classes. Evie loves running round for 40mins kicking the football and she does very well to listen to the instructions. This week we got her special Socatots football strip, its a little big but she still looks the part!  The colours are the Socatots colours and it has the name socatots written up the socks.

Daddy taught Evie how to celebrate when she scores a goal, as long as she's wearing a vest its okay!
