So we decided as we have so many friends from America staying in England at this time of year that we would host a thanksgiving dinner. We had a great time eating a lot of food and learning more about the American Holiday. We may have to make it our own family tradition as well.
Richard carved his first turkey, after I had cooked my first turkey. The Sweet Potatoes (yams) topped with marshmallows were a real treat. I have been craving them ever since!
